Good and simple meal

Cooked a very good dinner in about 20 minutes and would like to share a few tips. Cut potatoes into very thin slices and fry them in butter. In the meanwhile make a salad, for example, with fresh basil and mozzarella, tomatoes, walnuts, olive oil and salt. Towards the end of cooking time add a few slices of pork and fry quickly on both sides. Last minute add a crushed garlic clove and a little Herbal salt.
