Good and simple meal

Cooked a very good dinner in about 20 minutes and would like to share a few tips. Cut potatoes into very thin slices and fry them in butter. In the meanwhile make a salad, for example, with fresh basil and mozzarella, tomatoes, walnuts, olive oil and salt. Towards the end of cooking time add a few slices of pork and fry quickly on both sides. Last minute add a crushed garlic clove and a little Herbal salt. Much tastier than French fries and also healthier, and much cheaper too. My daughter thought it was much tastier than convenience foods. There is no reason to buy expensive junk with dangerous additives!
